Exploring Kraft-Tex

My friend Cate made me aware of this product described as “kraft paper fabric.” It’s an odd and wildly versatile product. I used it for the cover of this book.

To create the cover design I used acrylic paints, stencils, and some foam stamps. Then I stitched in the signatures (pages) using a chain stitch. That was a new technique for me. Clearly. ha ha
